Elementary schoolteacher gives unknowing co-workers food laced with marijuana

   Teresa Gilmete Badger, a teacher at Matthew Turner Elementary School in Benicia, California admits to spiking food at a potluck with marijuana.
  Two people were hospitalized after the potluck which initiated an investigation by police. After one and a half months of investigating,  Badger was arrested.
   Bail has been set at $15,000.
