Explosions rock Cairo

   Early this morning a large explosion rocked the city streets in downtown Cairo, Egypt. The car bomb detonated outside the police HQ left four dead and dozens injured. Reports of a second explosion have been coming in.
Update: 4 deaths and at least 76 injuries reported after the initial bomb went off.
