Man suspected in shooting and killing a student attending Purdue University has surrendered to police

   A man surrendered to police after shooting another man inside a building on Purdue University earlier today.
   The man that was shot has died and is believed to be the only target of the shooter.
   Names and other information about the shooter and victim have not yet been released.
Update 7:43 PM 1/21: The deceased male has been identified as 21 year old Andrew Boldt, and the suspect, 23 year old Cody Cousins, will be charged for murder.
