Rioting in Ukraine to see a possible end

   Ukraine's President Viktor Yanukovych has accepted his formal resignation of the position. 
   Mykola Azarov has also offered to step down from the presidence to create a political compromise.
   This compromise was created after the Ukrainian parliament annulled the anti-protesting law.
   The vote was overwhelming, 362-2 in favor of the appeal.
