Student shot and killed on South Carolina State University campus; shooter arrested

   Brandon Robinson, a student attending South Carolina State University, was shot and killed Friday afternoon by Justin Bernard Singleton, a 19 year old who was not attending the university.
   Police were searching for the suspect(s) since the shooting occurred Friday afternoon. Police made the arrest shortly after midnight on Saturday morning.
   Robinson and Singleton were said to be arguing before the fatal shot was fired.
   This is the third university shooting this week.
