Suspect arrested in mailbomb case

   A suspect has been arrested in the tragic mail-bomb that killed a retired lawyer and his wife.
   Tennessee police say that the son-in-law of the victims was the man who they arrested. More as the story develops.
UPDATE: Richard Parker, the son-in-law of the deceased couple, is being charged with two counts of first-degree murder.
