42-year-old teacher gives 15-year-old student a lapdance

   42-year-old Felicia Smith, who teaches at a Houston-area high school, allegedly gave a 15-year-old student a lapdance on his birthday. 
   After Smith gave the student a 4-minute dance, she told him that she loved him and wished him a happy birthday. The dance was videotaped and Smith has since been removed from the school. 
   Due to the students age, his name was not released.
