Bomber in Baghdad kills 31, 56 wounded

   A suicide bomber, who also planted an additional car bomb, killed 31 people at a political protest in Baghdad yesterday and left 56 wounded.
   After the car bomb went off, the bomber wearing a suicide vest ran into the protesters and set off the bomb.
   Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, an al Qaeda splinter group, claims responsibility for the incident.
