Gunman shoots four American medical workers in Afghan hospital

   A security guard what worked in an Afghan hospital open fired today, shooting four American medical workers and killing three of them.
   The security guard-turned-gunman then shot himself, but survived the bullet.
   The motive for the shooting is unclear.
