North Korea fires rockets for the second time this week

   According to South Korea, North Korea has fired rockets for the second time this week. 
   Two rockets were fired and flew slightly more than 300 miles. It is unclear what North Korea is planning, but South Korea is reportingly paying close attention to the nation.
