Second Japanese hostage decaptated by ISIS

   ISIS has released a video today showing the death of Kenji Goto, a Japanese prisoner of the terrorist group.
   The terror group released demands for Goto's life, which were the release of a member of their terror group from prison. After these demands were not met by the deadline, Goto's decapitated body was shown.
