Small child executes men on video - ISIS

   A video claiming to be produced by ISIS shows a young boy shooting two men execution style.
   ISIS claims that the two men that were executed were Russian spies. Child soldiers have been shown in ISIS videos in the past, but this is the first time they carried out an actual execution.
