Riots Form in San Diego After Police Shoot and Kill Mentally Ill Man

After police shot and killed a mentally ill man who was not following orders and was threatening officers, riots have formed to protest against police brutality.
The name of the officer or the man has not been released at this time. An object that the man used to threaten the officers have been recovered but details have not been released yet.
