Twitter stock in freefall after Google announces it will not bid on site

With rumors circulating that everyone from Disney to Google want to acquire the social media site Twitter (TWTR), investors have been excited about the company.
This excitement has come to an end, however, as Google officially announced that they do not plan on bidding on the company, and shares have dropped 20% so far today.
