Woman dies trying to steal from donation box

56-year-old Judith Permar was found dead Monday morning, with her arm caught inside of a clothing donation box.
It was reported that she brought out a step ladder to reach the top of the bin and then took clothes out of the bin. The step ladder then collapsed and she was left stuck with her arm caught in the bin overnight. She arrived at the donation box at 2:00 AM and was found dead at 8:30 AM.
